My objective is to produce maximum exposure for my clients’ homes in order to obtain the highest sale price with the least amount of disruption to their lives. I create a comprehensive advertising and marketing program, incorporating the most effective publications and websites and the latest technologies to provide local, national, and international exposure.

MULTI-PAGE BROCHURE

It is important that your home is introduced to the market with style and professionalism. Working with my designer, we will create a professionally designed, high-quality property brochure tailored to highlight the unique qualities of your property. In addition to the marketing narrative, to further establish the value for the buyer, a detailed list of finishes and technical features will be included.

Email Marketing

Emails are an effective method of quickly reaching the real estate market and my tailored announcements include multiple high quality photos and property details. My custom emails are sent to a targeted database which is continually updated and maintained for maximum results.

POSTCARD MAILING 

Direct marketing is an effective method of generating interest in your property among potential buyers and agents. I create customized announcements, which are mailed to hundreds of homes, additional targeted mailing lists, local agents, and McGuire’s global referral network.

PROPERTY WEBSITE

Using the property’s address as the URL, i.e. 720Hillsborough.com, I create a spotlight website to showcase the property’s features, floor plans, photos, architecturally significant details, etc. This URL is used in all advertising and marketing efforts, which enables potential buyers to learn more about the property than any print ad can convey.

CUSTOM PROPERTY VIDEO

Promoted on the property website, mcguire.com, Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo, Twitter, Savills, and Luxury Portfolio International, this tool allows me to effectively communicate the home’s story and create an emotional connection for the buyer to the quality of the home and its surroundings.

MAXIMIZING ONLINE EXPOSURE

Keeping up with the pulse of technology and marketing is a full time job, which is why McGuire has an in-house Content Strategist that I work closely with to ensure that my client’s properties are not only showcased in the best light but are presented in a way that generates the most online exposure, website traffic, direct inquiries, and public interest as possible.

Facebook currently has 1.6 billion active users, and that’s a number I care about. McGuire’s approach to social media marketing isn’t just about staying relevant, it’s about targeting the right audiences to reach the right clientele for the properties I’m representing. By creating and sharing original content that engages, educates, and entertains everyday users—from new and/or notable listings, to market trends and reports, local expertise, and featured press—McGuire’s large social following allows me to drive more online traffic to my property websites and more foot traffic to my open houses.

With 400 million monthly active users (and Facebook as its parent company), Instagram is equally important when it comes to piquing the interest of the digital world and driving more eyes to my listings via dedicated property websites. I coordinate the launch of my new listings with McGuire’s Content Strategist, who features it as the“Listing of the Week” along with a series of real estate and luxury lifestyle related hashtags so that the property images can always be searched and found within those feeds.
