As the Business Development and HR Specialist at McGuire Real Estate, Jessica is equipped with a vast array of knowledge to assist clients, agents and employees. She supports agents’ business growth by identifying their individual needs and promotes employee collaboration to support these needs. As a member of the McGuire Client Services team and as a Certified Relocation Coordinator (RCC), Jessica manages the relationships with McGuire’s international networks and assists clients from all around the world.  She works closely with each person to understand their needs and develop a plan to assist them in achieving their overall goals. As the company’s designated HR professional, Jessica is also responsible for employee medical benefits, onboarding, file storage, and employee relations. Although she grew up in Orange County, Jessica fell in love with Northern California during her time at the University of California, Santa Cruz where she received a BA in Sociology. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys brunch, crafting and Soulcycling.
